USA-based Keystone Cement has announced that its application for a US$320,950 state grant to extend a natural gas line to its plant in East Allen Township, Pennsylvania, has been approved. Keystone Cement Co, based in Bath, PA, has agreed to pay nearly US$200,000 for violating air quality standards over a four-year period, the state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) said.
